Teddy is an experienced coach for junior and adult drivers and is driver coach of Elite Driver Management and Fusion Motorsport in British Karting. His services include racing simulator coaching (in person or remote), on-track one-to-one coaching in cars and karts and race craft coaching on track or remotely. He also offers data and video analysis in karts and cars and has in-depth knowledge of On Camber Data, VBOX and AIM Data Systems. He is an ARDS qualified race car instuctor and is DBS checked through Motorsport UK.

Online and in-person simulator coaching sessions with Teddy utilise a private, dedicated server with multiple platforms of sim coaching including Iracing, Rfactor 2, Assetto Corsa, Kartsim and many others. In-person simulator coaching sessions can also be arranged with Teddy at private facilities in Rutland and Northamptonshire.

With his multi-discipline driving experience (karts, single seaters, supercars, tin tops) his driver coaching can include reference laps alongside data and video analysis on track.

Teddy offers one-to-one coaching with drivers, often travelling to international race meetings when required. He can compile complete driver coaching programmes from pre-race preparation, support at events and post-race analysis. This support can include sim coaching, data and video analysis and on track tuition.
